Shipping

Our goal at bon bon atelier is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 2 business days if the merchandise is in stock. In the case of backordered items your shipping invoice will reflect which items are pending and they will be shipped to you as soon as they become available, therefore items ordered together may not always be shipped together. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.

All furniture items will need to be shipped with a freight company. We will contact you for your information so we can get a shipping quote.

We ship within the United States with UPS only. Cost for shipping will be displayed at checkout. You may track your order via the UPS web site. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order has gone out.

*Please note that Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within two days of ordering, some orders take additional time. Any questions regarding your shipment may be e-mailed to info@bonbonatelier.com

Returns

To make a return or exchange, call or email us BEFORE you send the package. We will issue you a return authorization number, we will not accept returns without an authorization number. Merchandise may be sent back for exchange, store credit or refund within 2 weeks of purchase. Shoes must be returned within one week, unworn, in the box. Special orders may not be returned. Furniture items may not be returned. All sale merchandise is a final sale and can not be returned. If you are returning for a refund, we will credit your card, less the shipping costs.

Jewelry Warranty

At bon bon atelier we take great pride and care in the quality of our jewelry. If however, your jewelry needs repair within the first 10 days from the date of receipt, then you can return it for a free repair. You are responsible for paying the return shipping and handling charges. Please contact us at info@bonbonatelier.com and we will set you up with a return authorization code. We will not accept the package without this code. Once we receive that package we will contact you with an ETA on the jewelry repair.

If you need repair services for jewelry purchased beyond your warranty, there may be a fee. Please contact us with the problem and we will give you a repair price.

Freight Delivery Damages

We send each and every item out of bon bon atelier in perfect condition, however there are some things that are out of our control. We hope that damage never occurs during transit, but unfortunately that is not always the case. If your piece arrives damaged the freight company has the right to have the piece repaired and brought back to manufacturers standard at their expense. If the freight carrier determines the piece cannot be repaired, you have the right to be reimbursed for your purchase or have another piece shipped out to you as soon as possible.
