Weekend Sewing by Heather Ross
Everyone knows Heather Ross as a fabric designer. But she has proven herself a worthy pattern designer with her book, Weekend Sewing. There are 40 projects from which to choose: dresses, gloves, bags, home decor and more. If you keep up with the bon bon blog this month you will see that we are doing a sew-a-long with the shirtdress pattern. It's simple and stylish—like everything else in Weekend Sewing!

Alexander Henry Dagmar Plaid Green
Alexander Henry has brought us another amazing fabric of the month. This time the new Dagmar Plaid. We love this fabric and couldn't wait for it to come in. It's so midcentury, in both color and design. In my mind I see it in a Mad Men office, but in reality I'm making it in the Colette Parfait pattern.
